Pre Masters Business Print E-mail
The Pre-Masters in Business programme is designed to provide students with the skills, techniques and knowledge with which they can successfully undertake a Masters degree in the University of Hertfordshire's Business School. This is a full time programme taught over 15 weeks. It consists of four taught modules (4 x 15 credits), delivered in 6-week blocks. It has a 2-week induction, which includes intensive English language and study skills. Thereafter, English language is 'integrated' and developed within the taught modules. The programme is offered twice yearly, in June and September. It provides entry to the Business School's masters programmes in both semesters.
Students who start in September may, on successful completion, enter the following Masters degrees in January and September:

  • MSc International Business
  • MA Management Studies
  • MA Marketing

Students who start in June may, on successful completion, enter the following Masters degrees in
September.

  • MSc Accounting and Financial Management
  • MSc e-Business
  • MA Human Resource Management
  • MSc Information Systems/ Operational Research/ Management Science/Decision Sciences
  • MSc International Tourism and Hospitality Management
  • MSc Project Management Programme structure

The Pre-Masters in Business commences in June and September (those who have IELTS 5 can start a semester earlier to study English).
