“I am doing the International Foundation Programme in Life Sciences and Psychology at HIBT and hope to do Microbiology at the University. Going to study abroad is not always very easy. There is always lots to think about, both on the good side as well as the bad. A lot of people scare you about new countries.

When I came to HIBT, I was very nervous about how I was going to cope with the studies. I was worried that I would have no friends but at the orientation programme, I made lots of friends and even today I am still making friends.

The staff at HIBT are so friendly and always approachable for anything and everything you would need to know in Hertfordshire. The teaching is of a very high standard and I believe I made the best move by coming to HIBT. So far, my experience at HIBT has been great. The fact that HIBT is on the University campus itself, makes a big difference. It makes you feel part of a very big family. It is amazing. If you do have the chance to come to HIBT take it. You will never go wrong!”
