Joining HIBT was the beginning of a smooth, well structured process leading to the University of Hertfordshire. I was provided with everything necessary to successfully complete the application/ visa process which was remarkably short.

Showcasing continued support, I was met at the airport and taken to the college. Despite arriving out of office hours, the staff were prepared for my arrival and there to help me get settled.

Small class sizes leading to high teaching quality is only one of numerous benefits of studying at HIBT. The lecturers are dedicated to the students interests and provide a strong motivating factor that lasts well into your University of Hertfordshire experience. Add to that a community feeling and exciting social events and you’ve got a powerful package.

When I moved onto the University of Hertfordshire’s degree programme, I was immediately part of the year group. I had an added head start being already familiar with the environment attending extra tutorials exclusively for HIBT students and being far ahead of my new classmates especially in the maths modules.

HIBT students are at the top of the year at UH and my experience at HIBT was one that truly shaped me into the person I am today.
