Application Steps 

1. Complete in full the HIBT application form, attach all previous academic transcripts and certificates along with any English Language test results you have (i.e.: IELTS, Toefl, etc) and fax to HIBT on: +44 1707 285591.

Certified translations must accompany documents that are not in English. Copies may be certified by the following: 

i. The official records department of the institute that originally issued the documents
ii. The justice of the peace or public notary
iii. An authorised HIBT representative
iv. British overseas diplomatic mission or British Council. 

2. Students applying for exemptions should indicate so on the application and supply module outlines as evidence. 

3. If your application is successful you will receive a Letter of Offer explaining the course of study you have been offered, the fees payable and course commencement dates. 

4. In order to officially accept the offer of a place it will be necessary to pay the fees due. This is usually one semester's tuition fees (for details on method of payment see right). 

5. Once the fee payment has reached HIBT, or one of our recognised representatives, you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment, a Visa Support Document, and a pre departure guide containing all the information you need to know prior to coming to HIBT. You can then apply for your student visa.
